Menya uko wategura amandazi

Aya atandukanye n’amandazi asanzwe kuko yo aba yoroshye kandi anaryoshye ugereranyije n’asanzwe.

Ibyo ukenera kugira ngo ukore beignes
• 500 g de farine
• 150 g isukari iseye
• 10 g umusemburo
• 3 amagi
• 70 g z’amavuta ya beure
• 15 cl amata/1/2 cy’icyupa rya fanta
• 7 g umunyu
Amavuta 1 litiro yo guteka amandazi

Uko bikorwa

Banza ushongeshe amavuta.
Vanga ifarini n’isukari,umusemburo n’ umunyu, usukemo n’amagi wakoroze ku ruhande. Ongeramo amavuta yamaze gushonga, usukemo n’amata uvange bikore ubugari budakomeye ariko nanone budafata ku ntoki.
Uwo mutsima wurekere mu kintu wawukoreyemo umare byibura nk’isaha n’igice
Nyuma wurambure ahantu ku meza hari isuku wabanje kunyanyagizaho agafarini gake.
ongera uwureke gutyo mu gihe cy’isaha.
